TRIGG connects brands with creators and manages influencer marketing, UGC creation, and campaign execution.  
All deliverables, timelines, and budgets will be defined and agreed upon in a written proposal or contract before the start of each project.

### 2. Client Responsibilities  
Clients are required to provide accurate campaign details, brand assets, and payments as per agreed timelines.  
Delays in approvals, content feedback, or payments may affect project delivery schedules.

### 3. Creator Collaborations  
All influencer partnerships are subject to availability, brand fit, and final approval by both TRIGG and the creator.  
TRIGG does not guarantee specific results, follower counts, or engagement metrics unless explicitly stated in the campaign agreement.

### 4. Payments  
All payments must be made as per the invoice schedule.  
Late payments may incur additional charges. Campaigns will only be executed after the initial payment is received unless otherwise agreed.

### 5. Intellectual Property  
Content produced by creators or the TRIGG team remains the property of TRIGG and/or the respective creator unless transferred in writing.  
Clients receive commercial usage rights only after full payment has been made.

### 6. Confidentiality  
All client and creator information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without prior consent, except as required by law.

### 7. Limitation of Liability  
TRIGG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign performance, platform issues, or third-party actions (e.g., social media algorithm changes).

TRIGG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page with the revised date.
